Must admit that I haven't yet used my new Shark Steam Pocket, but it was recommended by 2 close friends who say that they love it. So I expect it to work well for my needs. And I saved up to $30 by ordering thru Amazon, gotta love that too!

Isn't the whole point of a steam cleaner that the heat disinfects and loosens the dirt and grime? Well, this thing has almost no heat in the steam whatsoever! I can hold my hand in front of it and not feel any heat. Total waste of money!! I'm feeling like an idiot for falling for the advertising!!

This is a good product. I just wish the container held more water because the filled tank doesn't go very far. I am amazed at how clean it gets things. It is very easy to use.

I wanted to give this product a fair chance. I bought it to hopefully reduce my use of other products and get those tough to clean places. First, you have to wash all the pockets before you use them. I tried cleaning mirrors with it right away and only got streaks. No better than Windex. Although I have not used again since washing pockets.
I just used to clean my kitchen. We have old tile that I had hoped would really get the grout, but was only so-so. I still used my cleaner to get the countertops clean to my liking. And ALWAYS have to wipe up excess water. It did an amazing job with the fridge. Cleaned up some spills that I tried wiping up with no luck. A few passes with the shark and up it came. I got some other goopy stuff that had survived past cleanings. Taking it to shower next for tough to clean areas.
Overall a good ADDITION to your cleaning tools. It will not replace anything. A good value at a reduced price ( I paid $60). But too much at original pricing.

I was very disappointed with this item. I tried it on several different surfaces (tile floor, mirror, bathtub) and it was totally useless. Would definitely not recommend.
